The service allows users to optimize and improve their CVs using AI-generated tools and suggestions. We reserve the right to update or modify features, content, and the structure of the service at any time without prior notice. 3. Pricing & Token System SmartResumee operates on a one-time payment model: Users can purchase 5 tokens for €19.99 (one-off payment) Each token can be used for one CV optimization or generation request Tokens are consumed upon use and are non-transferable We reserve the right to change pricing at any time with notice where required by law. 4. Billing and Payment Payments are charged at the time of purchase using the payment method you provide. Pricing may be shown or charged in currencies other than EUR (€), and may vary depending on your region, exchange rates, local taxes, or third-party payment processor fees. Payments are non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or as outlined in our Refund Policy. 5. Cancellation & EU/UK Consumer Rights 5.1 No Subscription SmartResumee does not operate on a subscription basis. All purchases are one-time payments. 5.2 Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Only) If you are a resident of the EU or UK, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase of digital services within 14 days under applicable consumer protection laws.
